Photography in New York City

"Pause" by Terry Boddie
“This is one of the most important photography workshops in the metropolitan area. It brings together a diversity of accomplished and interesting working photographers and scholars to create programs that offer an extraordinary educational resource and opportunity for students.”

The photography studies offer group studies in photojournalism, women in photography, documentary photography and multicultural photography.
We also offer individualized studies in various aspects of both film and digital photography for artists and photographers to find an educational outlet.
You’ll study photography in an open and carefully organized atmosphere based on involvement and learning through experience. The core workshops are for a range of students, from those with no experience in photography or the arts to professional photographers.
