Health and Wellness Residency
Life demands that individuals develop a resiliency to deal with every day challenges, as well as illness, tragedies and loss.
Whether we aspire to work in a field that assists populations in these challenging situations or wish to become healthier, stronger individuals capable of making good decisions and fully achieving our goals, we need to develop the knowledge base and skills to do this.
We all know individuals who seem to bounce back from very difficult circumstances.
- How do they do it?
- What can we learn from them?
- How do they learn to care for themselves and what are the best tools for doing so?
This residency will address these issues and more.
